Return & Refund Policy — We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Take a clear photo of the issue and send it to contact@lunazone.fr so we can evaluate the problem and make it right. Because all our products are made on demand and printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size ordered or change of mind. If your item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
